Our items are either, cancelled orders, discontinued lines or fabrics, photo shoot pieces, demo stock, slight seconds etc.. 

If you have any questions or wish to purchase any of our items you can call us direct Thursday-Saturday on 01260277741/01260278393, or call into our showroom/warehouse to view. We accept payment by debit/credit card, BACS or cash on delivery. A receipt will be emailed to you. 

We offer a 30 day warranty. Items purchased from us do not carry the manufacturers warranty. We deliver our furniture ourselves, using our own team and vans. This gives you, the buyer the opportunity to inspect the item before going into your home. If you are not happy with it then you can return it for a refund minus the delivery charge. With the long distance selling act you have 14 days in which to change your mind. Please note that if this option is used, there will be a collection charge.
