• These Terms govern all sales made online and in-store by Famous Brands Furniture LTD.
• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
• Your continued use of our website or purchase of goods constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate.
• Images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, finishes, and materials may vary slightly from those shown.
• All sizes and dimensions are approximate, with reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products at any time.

• All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time but will honour the price at the time your order is placed.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer, cash and cheque (cheque needs time to clear).
• Ownership of goods passes to you only when full payment has been received.

• After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
• This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when we send a dispatch confirmation email, forming a contract between us.
• We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

• We deliver to most UK addresses. Some areas may incur additional delivery charges or longer lead times.
• Delivery times are estimates only; while we aim to meet them, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• You are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery. Failed deliveries due to restricted access or no one being available to receive the goods may incur redelivery fees.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

• Where available, orders can be collected in-store once you receive notification that they are ready.
• You must present proof of purchase and valid ID when collecting goods.
• Items not collected within 14 days may be returned to stock and refunded, minus any handling charges. Unless agreed otherwise.

Your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• If you purchase online or by phone, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• To exercise your right to cancel, contact us in writing at fbfurniture@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and details.
• You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

• Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
• Custom-made, personalised, or special-order items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.
• We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Most of our products include a 12 - month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

• You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt, damage, or interfere with its security or functionality.
• We make every effort to keep the website accurate and up-to-date but do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

• All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Famous Brands Furniture LTD or its licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the website or materials without prior written consent.

• We handle your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
